If you are unhappy with your BUBS we'll refund your first order in full. No return necessary (but you’re welcome to do so), and no questions asked!For apparel and unopened product our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please return your item with your original order number attached and we will refund you within 2 weeks of receiving.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
